FRANK STARR original. Incredible vintage 👗 dress. With a shoulder “shawl” Worn once for portrait. Has a couple very small flaws in netting. But not stained or ripped. Probably a size 2-4 ?Length is approx 42” waist is about 24”. It’s a dream princess dress. This could be a one of a kind custom Made. It is somewhat fragile if I were to describe it but really great condition for its age. Google Frank Starr!
