FRANKIE FOUR Blue Drop Waist Retro Sundress NWOT

This is a vintage-inspired retro sleeveless tank sundress by Frankie Four with a drop waist and amazing patchwork detail on the neck and atop the 2 front pockets. The fabric is a cotton blend with stretch. Label is large but I would say its really a M-L because when un-stretched it could certainly fit a size medium (8-10). It has never been worn and is New Without Tags.
