Two interior compartments, one with zippered pocket, the other with three slip pockets; two exterior pockets, one zippered. Interior lined with lavender-gray canvas. Magnetic closures. Handle drop = 3.5" Detachable & adjustable shoulder strap drop = apx 11" Never used; clean interior, shiny metal accents. There is a rub mark on the front from the handle and a small white mar on a strap, vis last pic.
