@cherrataylor it happened to me! I bought a dress listed as free people but it wasn't when I received it!! Then I liked a dress and asked the girl to post a pic of the tag that says free people and she deleted the listing and blocked me from her closet!!!

I can't stand it when you report a scammer and Poshmark does nothing about it, hopefully they start taking things more seriously.

As of now they don't seem to interested in complaints! It does suck but i guess that's their biz if they wanna run a company that doesn't follow up on customer issues😓

@cherrataylor I've had a similar situation. I traded with someone who I started second guessing after I'd already sent my item. I asked her to cancel my order twice and got attitude from her. Reading through comments on her listings, I wasn't the only person with concerns. I sent 2 emails to customer support and received generic "we don't support trades " comments. Read the comments on my listing "reasonable offers ".

Argh! How frustrating! They really need to do something! People continue to spam non-branded items for visibility😩 really wish posh would help out! They make enough money to assign someone specifically to quality control. Please continue to email them. Hopefully if enough people complain they will fix it!

@cherrataylor the same person I complained about does the thing with brand mislabels. The item I finally received from her was mislabeled. It's frustrating to see so much of it on here. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy the app but things that are let slide make no sense. I see items listed that are supposedly not allowed in many closets. There's a few items I have that I'm not sure if they are okay but at least I don't have untagged underwear.

Gross as well! Idk people think anyone wants to buy toms or uggs that have holes they are so worn and still want lime $50 for them. I have to just laugh sometimes. My items aren't perfect but i try to sell semi quality items as most people do, but u always have some people that wanna screw it up for everyone, THIS IS WHY WE CAN't have nice things!

@cherrataylor I know! !! Some of my items aren't perfect either but I list any defects. Some people have made snide comments about them and low ball offers. It's frustrating and insulting. Especially when you look at their closet and see things in worse condition than what they are trying to make your own items seem.

I searched for a specific dress by FP, the "FRENCH CONNECTION" browsing thru many sellers listings for specific dress, acc.to size, color,$.I found one,w/ factory photos belonging to FP, size, color & price was right so i bought. once i opened the package& put my hand on the dress, instantly i knew by lack of quality i felt in the fabric, that I'd been hoodwinked! Here's how I got a FULL refund as well as posh telling me I could "dispose" of the item!( please see reply comment to continue reading)

I reported it to posh w/ screenshots of the listing , told them I was tricked, although in the listing the seller put a note at the bottom of the description to cover her A double SS, "Stock images used to show fit & style" but c'mon! Anyway basically I dropped these key phrases "report to FP" & "Copyright Infringement" also told them I didn't want a $5 or $10 $ credit but a refund.

(cont) I was doing what a lot of us females do, shopping as therapy while it was very late & I was emotionally distraught(😂) & didnt pay such close attention , due to the fact that what I saw advertised was images of the dress for sale, that image belonged to FP. In my report I told Posh that I felt like I couldnt hold the seller 100% accountable, but them as well for allowing the listing to be available

And without any further ado, I recieved an email from support w/ an apology, a full refund, & them telling me I need not worry about returning the item to the seller, that I could " dispose" of it! I felt pretty satisfied. so, seriously, if you need to report a "replica" & they're not responding, try using "allowing" and " Copyright infringement" . some words & phrases just hit home.
