jpee101 @frankyz77 hello. Length is 18 inches from waist to the bottom. Waist is just a tad over 18 inches fully extended. Meaning the shorts have an elastic adjustment strap built in to pull it snug with a button fasten. I added a few more pictures. I hope this helps.
