My research on the label says dress is from the 1980s with the look of that Marilyn Monroe 60s glam style. The cowl neck and grosgrain belted bow just add the perfect touch. In great condition for its age. It’s a cream and black not white. Amazing for homecoming or a wedding attendee. Made in USA.
