i have to contact u on here because the other sight pissed me off it wont let me message u for some reason no i sent them multiple messages saying i never recieved it at all and tryed messageing them multiple times and know they stopped my messages and it wont let me message

anyone its so frustrating i even tryed calling there sight number that on sight i relized doesnt help buyers are sellers at please still let me know what u find out i really want them and ill hold on to the pitchers and box for you to show proff of there bad shipping

@shelbylove12345 yeah I really donβt know what went wrong. This is a really weird situation. Itβs not fair to either of us because Iβm left with nothing at this point because the money isnt being released to me because the purchase isnβt complete, which I understand, but is still very frustrating on my end as well so I too want this resolved

if i send you my email i can give u the pitchers of the box ect so u can show the shippers im so stressed out after my other orders on that sight come ect im never buying from that sight again ill stick to posh i guess its good for sellers on comission but theres no options to put damaged box shipping problems are anything just a stupid return option and when u contact them for help they block with no help

@emilyshapow keep me informed on anything u hear please and if u need pitchers please let me know u have my email address know if u shipped thru fedx are ups usps there insurance should cover the cost loss for u thats what the post office told me on the phone but that sucks on my end because no item and and because im the buyer and not the shipper they dont give me anything the only way for help is that stupid sight thats not even a option to help i just really wanted the pants

@emilyshapow no i didnt recieve unfortunately i didnt want to deal with mer anymore because they were not helping at all with there automated stuff and not answering so i contacted my bank and released since me and you both had problems that we both couldnt fix

so my bank told me to file a dispute over it and i took screen shots of all messages i sent and there avoidance messages because they as a company shpuld insure buyer and seller problems so hopefully my dispute goes thru its just sad i have never had this happen i just wish i really got them but hopefully with my bank its a win on both ends
