This is the PERFECT dress for a summer vacation! It has boho buttons oh the side of the top and skirt. The red creates a lovely pop of color, while the 2 piece aspect creates dimension. The skirt is ultra flowy, while the top is more fitted with a ruching detail. It is in NWOT condition, NO flaws! It just didn’t fit me. It is non elastic waistband so very true to size.
