Hello! I don’t see that there is a fabric tag inside these, but it appears that waist band and the stripe down the outter leg is a cotton blend, with the pant legs being a possible rayon or polyester blend. I doubt very much these will shrink at all.

Inseam is 27” and leg opening is 29”😳! Rise is 13. I am 5’6” and these are level with the ground on me. Hope that helps!
