freepeople @kellyfrey170 hi there! all of our items ship directly from our warehouse so we do not have physical access to most items to be able to take additional photos. I wouldn't expect these to be soft on the bottom, they will be a firm platform type. also, we ship via UPS and are unable to ship outside the Continental US. sorry about that!
