This a new with tags, Free People, oversize tunic named OLIVIA. It can be worn as a hi-low dress as well as a long tunic top. It is white with a waffle weave fabric. Called 'painted white'. 74% Viscose, 21% Polyester and 5% Elastane. Machine wash gentle and tumble dry low. It is a size small but fits more like a large. The fabric around the neck, the wrists and the ruffles are ribbed. There are three working buttons at the center of the chest. When laying flat it measures 22" across at the underarms, over 29" from the shoulder to the hem in the front, almost 33" from the neck to the hem in the center back and the sleeves are 27" from the shoulder to the ruffle hem. I purchased at a wonderful little boutique in my village. Great Free People quality and uniqueness.
