FREE PEOPLE Woven Wrap Around Skirt Red & Ivory

Super cute fully lined wrap around FREE PEOPLE skirt. Size Small. NWT but there is no care tag. 🤷‍♀️ And I don't see anywhere on the garment where it appears one used to be. Very odd. I could be wrong, but it feels like a cotton weave/tweed red & ivory cream striped fabric with a cotton linen lining.
