poshpineapple62 Ok, it feels like cotton/spandex. It does have a stretchy feel to it. It has a quite soft and comfy feel to it. Going by your size description, I'm sure it would fit well and look very cute, going by the measurements I gave you, laid flat 17 inches across chest.
