rooted? do they have a fragrance?
borichalena
@dmum they are not rooted but come with step by step rooting instructions and if it dies in the 1st 6 months I will replace it. i have rooted them for customers but the process can take a couple months depending on the temps here in FL. one of the easiest plants to grow with minimal maintenance
borichalena
@dmum yes, some more fragrant than others. i find the white w/yellow center is the most fragrant

@borichalena I so much want to have a plumeria, especially a fragrant 1. purchased cuttings 2 years ago, butcthey all ended up dieting. I had 3. 1 died within a few weeks. 1 looked like it was talking riot - leaves started growing, but then it started rotting. when I pulled it out of pot, had very small roots. 3rd one, no leaves, but took a while to rot. Could never figure out watering, too much, too little.

@borichalena I'm also concerned where you put. in in AZ. major heat at height of summer. Can drop below 40 at night in Jan but usually only lasts a week. We are coming out of your cold spell this weekend. I've seen houses with them in front, usually partially under a porch. My backyard is full sun in summer...even sunflowers die. ugh. I have a front space I'd like to put, but I think too much shade...bogenvilla flowering is very little compared to back.

@borichalena all that said. what size cutting? is this listing for just 1 cutting? how much for more than 1? Do you have other colors, types? thanks
borichalena
@dmum i apologize for the delay in getting back to you. yes they are $10/cutting. i currently have light pink, yellow, fuscia and orange (these are $25 because the color is rare and I only have 5 available). im in fl and they thrive. they don't require much water. they can freeze if temp drops below 32
borichalena
@dmum rooting the cutting can be tricky but also very easy. they root best in the ground where the soil is dry always dry. i might water a cutting twice while rooting. water is what causes them to rot. once they have roots they are no longer at high risk for rotting

@borichalena Thank you for responding. in found 3 for 20. if I'm successful rooting this time, may inquire about ur orange if you still have.

How tall is the cutting stalk?
borichalena
@mangopapaya5 at least 12" I am approx 5 miles north of Daytona Beach Fl so thanks to Ian I have a ton of cuttings now available. We don't have power or mail service yet so I don't know when exactly I will be able to ship anything out.
mangopapaya5
@borichalena oh wow!! I hope everyone in your family is ok? Prayer for all of you guys in FL. If you can message me when your ready to ship much appreciated.
