FRNCH Laurel Color Block Maxi Dress with Tied Shoulders Medium

So so soft and gorgeous, this FRNCH dress was never worn and was just recently purchased from a boutique where I couldn’t return it. Not my style of neckline sadly. Soft and gauzy with a punchy palette of colors in the skirt and a keyhole adjustable tied top and shoulder straps. I’m 5’6” and it hits right at my feet but doesn’t drag the ground.
