FRNCH brand spaghetti strap dress

NWOT. I bought this from a local boutique at the end of the summer. it's a beautiful fabric, cotton but linen feel, fully lined. I never wore it. I'm too busty for the "cups" (I'm dd for reference) elastic around the chest. about 40" long. not very short.
