FRYE Women’s “Shirley” Over-the-knee riding boots, brown, Size 6 You can fold over the top for a different look (and to shorten). At 5'2", I could wear these UNfolded with no problem. The color is a lovely lighter cognac brown. These are gently worn (no more than about a dozen times, if that) and in very good condition - no major scuff marks -- the leather itself is a "worn" look. They are easy to get on/off despite the shaft/style and small zipper. OTK boots are perfect for wearing skirts in the winter, especially if you're like me and hate tights/stockings! Cute with more "sundress" style dresses in the fall and spring. Flat heel = easy walking/standing. My experience with Frye boots is that they are long-lasting and most of the styles transcend the fashion of the moment. My favorite pair (the Harness 12R) is nearly 20 years old!
