FW Mother Of Pearl Hand Carved Blister Pendant

Very intricate detaIl on this vintage mother of pearl hand carved pendant 
 Cannot entirely figure out the subject matter it appears to be some sort of plant life with ig luminous droplets of pearls coming from them. 
 This piece is really gorgeous, and all of my newly posted jewelry is from my deceased mother who was an avid jewelry and enthusiast of a multitude of arts. I hope you enjoy her taste as much as I do. :)
