Fab, Sheer and Shiny Vintage Top/Dress

I believe this could go as a shirt or a dress - Color is black - Length measures approx 34" from top of shoulder seam to bottom of the dress/shirt. It is on a black mannequin but it is Completely sheer - So wear as you want but definitely Tons of options with how you could wear this beautiful piece and what you could put under it. I find no major flaws, no rips, stains, etc. - looks to be in great vintage condition :) Please see pics and I am happy to answer any questions!
