Fab Skirt with Sequins, Tulle, and Lots of Swish!

A fab skirt I bought but never wore! Has tulle overlay and tulle made into the ruffle, as shown. Flares out from fitted waist or drop waist, depending on how you wear it. Skirt is 25 inches from the waist to the bottom at the back; about an inch shorter in front.
