@moemoeman Per the Fabletics size guide on their website, it says an XS is 25.5-26.5 inch waist and 36-37 inch hips.

@moemoeman I’m not sure as I ordered the wrong size. These are too tight on my hips but I just measured and I’m a 37.5 inch hip which is outside of the XS range. Sorry, hope that helps.
