@dkildow very low or higher? I worry about tightening/shrinkage. I messed up on a couple pair i had (they had the material pattern on the leg like these) and those have gotten too tight and shrank up

@redelaine regular heat, never super high. I've had them for a while and haven't had an issue with shrinkage. But I've also only worn them a handful of times so they haven't been dried a lot at all.
