Fabric - light blue scales fabric and metallic turquoise fabric

Fabric - I used this light blue scales fabric which has elastic sewn into it as a waist to use as a skirt for the mermaid parade. The other fabric which is spandex metallic turquoise has been hand sewn into a tube top. perfect if you like to sew and are creative - for mermaid parades.top measures 28" chest, 18" long. the spandex material does not have much stretch to it. it's tightly woven fabric. scale fabric is approx. 42" x 47".
