Hi there, hope you’re doing well. I saw on the description it says shoulder 16” …does that mean the width between the shoulder seams? The coat looks pretty oversized (but it might just be bc of the mannequin) so I’m surprised the shoulder width is that slim. Thanks so much in advance for clarifying!
