Fabulous Art Deco Opalescent Glass Sterling Silver Necklace

This lovely authentic 1930’s Art Deco necklace features a faceted opalescent glass teardrop set in a scalloped sterling silver open back setting. The patina is wonderful and I will leave any extra polishing up to its new caretaker. The old style clasp is marked “silver “ and the necklace acid tests as sterling. The link chain is 16 1/4”. The pendant measures 1 1/4 by 3/4” at the widest point. Unsigned, these pieces were made in Japan.
