Gorgeous black horse hair boots! I don’t know if they are actually horsehair, but they sure look like it! When I bought them, the boutique said they are actually weather proof. That was my concern when buying them. I honestly never wore them in bad weather, so I can’t say from experience. These boots can be worn several different ways.
