Fabulous LILY Print Bubble MINI DRESS or TUNIC TOP S

This item is a fabulous Lily print bubble tunic by Tosca size small. Fabric is 100% polyester in a beautiful satin finish. Dress is fully-lined. Can be pulled on over the head or hips and has elasticized top hem. There is a large belt loop on either side of waist, belt not included. I wore this as a dress, but it is rather short so it could also be worn as a top. Unstretched measurements are 26” at top hem - will stretch up to 36”, 46” at hips, 24” in length.
