Yes, it is sheer. Picture #10 shows the built in under dress/slip. It is approximately 22” (hard to measure cause it’s sewn into the whole top).On a XS person it will likely come right below the buttocks. Sorry for delay, yesterday was devoted to Hurricane 🌀 Helene.
