Fabulous "Vintage Style" Dress w/Polka Dots

From a great little boutique in New Orleans, I call this a Marilyn Monroe dress. It's only been worn a couple times & is EUC. It's fit & flare, accentuating your finest parts. The top of the dress has a tie-around halter. Not too low cut, yet super sexy. A hot pink empire makes the waist look tiny. The back is open, yet you can still wear a convertible bra if need be. It has a side zip & beautifully turns into an A-line dress. The length is aprox. 47" from the shoulder.
