How does it close? And how long are sleeves from shoulder to end of scuff?

@tamaramomof1 it zips up the front . The pockets zip as well . From shoulder to the end of the cuff is 21 inches long. The ends of the cuff are Embroidering white stitching as well as the front. Super soft and super warm. Very light weight.
