Fabulous peplum dress with piping detail

Bought this dress while recently on a job search but it’s a little tight for my liking. The dress is cream colored and the black piping detail makes this look so rich. Brand new but took the tags off:( Approximately half of the hem needs a sewing repair because I let it out when trying to alter the length and make this beauty fit🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
