Faces Lined Skirt - Possible Mac Duggal(?)

This fabulous skirt has no tags on the inside, but I had to have it! It features the repeating print of a woman in sunglasses and a turban white white powder or cream on her face against a geometric background of squares. Since there are no tags on the inside, I don't know the designer. It's really well-crafted and doesn't look or feel handmade. When I searched for the skirt using a photo of it, all I got was a dress by Mac Duggal that has this same skirt but attached to a solid black top. So I don't know if this is a Mac Duggal or not. Given the quality of the workmanship, it's possible. The skirt has a hidden zipper in the back. It's lined and feels to me like it's made of acetate. It's in excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find. There is no size tag. Based on the fit, I'm estimating it to be ~a size 8 since it fits me and that's my size. It is very poufy and structured due to the pleats and acetate fabric. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you. They were taken on the front of the skirt with it zipped up and laid flat. Waist: 15" Hips (Measured 6" below Waist): 21" (Pleated, So Can Expand to Slightly Larger Hip Dimension) Length: 27.5" Please let me know if you have any questions.
