Gorgeous Colors of the Rainbow!
Faceted Swarovski Cone Rio Rainbow Crystal Paperweight
From Family Estate (one owner, smoke free environment)
This is a vintage Swarovski rainbow crystal paperweight, one of the first
paperweight designs manufactured by Swarovski.
The prism of colors are crisp and change in every turn of the twisted design.
Research indicates that this Cone Rio paperweight was the first paperweight
designed by Swarovski. Whether used as a paperweight or as decor, it is a
lovely and an eye catching piece to have.
It measures approximately : 3-1/8" tall, almost 2 1/4" base diameter
Black Flocked Felt Bottom Base has the original Block Letter Logo, and the same
logo in on the side of paperweight (last photo)
Beautiful pre-owned condition.
The Swarovski Vitrail Medium Rainbow paperweight is part of the Swarovski Decorative
Items for the Desk series. It very much has a rainbow effect when looking at it. The
colors change beautifully with the light.
The Swarovski Cone/Rio design is similar to a faceted cone. The design was inspired by
the view of Sugar Loaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro. The designer was Max Schreck and
the crystal paperweight was made in Austria. It is no longer in production.

tagsrus
@14maurice Hi, I do not have the box or papers, I never found it in my aunt's estate. There are no flaws that I see.
14maurice
can you get a magnifying glass and let me know for sure? thanks
tagsrus
@14maurice There is a couple tiny flaws very very tiny at the very top, and I am trying to take a photo but even with magnifying glasses you can't see it in the photos.
miralovescandy
Does this have the swan authentic stamp?
tagsrus
@miralovescandy It has the same symbol as the bottom sticker image in the 2nd to last photo. The last photo is the symbol on the crystal, very small and hard to photograph.
