Since it was the sole remainder from a string that I ordered for a custom statement necklace + earrings set - I decided to make a simple but pretty ring with it, that is perfect for everyday wear. No fussy design, no corners or odds and ends that stick out and tend to get in the way for comfortable wear - it lays snug + flat on your finger - which I find important for gals working with their hands, or that do blue color type of jobs, where a fancy, special occasion ring might get damaged or cause a health hazard if it gets caught up or snagged on some tools or machinery. Since I used plain copper wire for this ring, it will oxidize and age beautifully, but also will shine up nicely with a bit of polishing or cleaning, if you prefer your copper jewelry to be shiny + bright.
