Hi, what are the measurements, please? Lowest temp this coat will keep a person warm in?

Hi @coolclothes2016 the measurements are listed as 44.5"- 46.5" (chest), 36.5" - 38.5" (waist) and 46.5" - 48.5" (hips). I'm sorry that I don't have any info on what the lowest temp is. From experience I can say that it has kept me warm while standing outside for 30-40 minutes in below freezing weather.
