amy_lemoine @jedika365 Hi, sorry for the late response. This skirt does not have slits and the waist band is good and tight, not stretched out. I will say it would fit a larger frame than a smaller one, but it could be taken in.

amy_lemoine @jedika365 yes, I think it would be too big, unless you know a seamstress that could take it up in the waist for you. It does not have a drawstring or anything, it is just elastic.
