Excellent used condition with no rips, tears, or smell. It's marked Women's Plus 18W/20W The blouse has a slightly shaped waist and is a very flattering style. The fabric background is dark brown with lighter coffee brown and silvery grey stripes. The stripes are slightly raised and it feels nice. The fabric is 62% cotton, 27% nylon, 8% polyester, 3% spandex. It closes down the front placket with with 7 brown pearlized snaps framed in silver. The cuffs can be turned back. Measurements (may not be exact): Top of collar to bottom hem of back = 27.75" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam across back = 17" Sleeve length from top of shoulder seam to bottom of cuff = 18.25" (can be folded inwards to 16") Underarm seam to underarm seam across front = 24" (but there is a little bit of gathering at the bottom of the bust which adds a little extra room) Narrowest part of waist across front = 21.5" Side seam to side seam across hem = 25"
