myragarcia8 @leahquimby hi! Thanks for liking my listing! The material is 75% cotton, 23%polyester, 2% spandex. The inside limiting is polyester. I'm not too sure on the inseam but I posted a picture of the dress on me! Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions ☺️🎉🎀
