Ordered online so it did not come with tags, but it has never been worn and is NWT in the sense that it is exactly how it was originally shipped. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Dark purple chiffon-like fabric with metallic threads. Has a lining underneath. Elastic waist. Curly/ ruffle trim. Would be an amazing costume/ cosplay for Vanessa from The Little Mermaid!
