This is GORGEOUS! Does it have any stretch to it and is the waistband elastic?

@lonelyribbon Hi, thanks for taking a look! The skirt really is a beautiful piece :) The fabric has just a very tiny bit of stretch to it, and the waistband is fixed (not elastic). The color is definitely pink in person, too. Hope that works for you!
