Fair Isle Mini Skirt

This has been hibernating in my closet for too long. Time to liberate it! Stretch cotton mini skirt, with a fold-over waistband. You can wear it folded like in the picture, or unfolded for an adjustable fit. Waist is about 14' flat with lots of stretch, length with folded waistband is about 16'.
