This fabric is lined with crocheted lace that adds a winter feel but you could definitely rock this in the summer with shredded up shorts. The tassels even have decorative beads on them. This has been slightly rework to have a lower neckline. The straps are fully adjustable. This is a marked a size small but I’d say it would even fit up to a larger medium.
