Fairy Stone/Fairy Cross/Staurolite hand collected in Patrick County, Virginia with the help of my sweet Sugarbear. I am extremely fortunate to be near one of the most abundant sources of this unique mineral. The myths surrounding staurolite vary, but seems universally agreed upon to be a talisman of good luck and said to aid in quitting smoking and help with anxiety. It is also rumored to assist in connections to nature and other beings such as fairies. 🧚🏽‍♀️ Bundle up for savings!

mrssugarbear Cleaned by soaking/rinsing several times in hot water with Dawn and gently brushing with a soft bristle brush to remove excess dirt. I have a large assortment of both twinned and single crystals in various shapes and sizes, and I am still working out details prior to making available for purchase. mrssugarbear @jeanettegarner those two are in my personal display case, and finding well formed cross specimens is unfortunately a rare occurrence…at least it has been for me so far. We are making another trip very soon. It’s warming up here finally, and we’ve had some rain recently so it should be a productive trip. I have dozens of both single bricks and different variations of twinned crystals on hand, as well as a few matrix pieces..and several that have small garnet inclusions.
