and how cute is this dress?! it is a beautiful dress with so many layers and frills, perfect for a summer wedding or fun event. it is a size PL, I believe for a junior’s petite L. however, the bust measures 13.75 inches across and has a little bit of stretch, so this could also fit a women’s XS-S there are two stains (see pic) one is covered up by the frilly part and the other is directly on the frilly part.
