Faithful the Brand navy and cream stripe mini dress

Adorable navy & cream mini dress with tie straps. The top has plenty of stretch and the body is looser fitted so could work for a size up or down. US size 4. In pretty good used condition, the dress has a raw hem at the top which is a little frayed (you can see in pictures) but it goes with the laid-back style of the dress.
