Wrapover flowy skirt - panel from the left side has a tie that feeds through the hold at the right side seam, around the back and fastens at the left side with the tie from the right panel (hope this makes sense!) 100% woven rayon Hand wash This dress is completely new with tags. No flaws observed. It's just a little creased as it has been in a box. There are hanger loops in the dress to allow the dress to be hung on a hanger.
