Faithfull the Brand Evelyn white with blue dots dress size 4

Beautiful, classy white dress with bodice and tie at neck. Elasticized in back with side zipper. Form fitting and stylish. Lined. Elastic at sleeves. Midi length. Never worn! I bought it final sale but it’s too small and a tad too young for me :)
