Fall weight sweatshirt, dress

This dress has an oatmeal colored sweatshirt top that is attached to a cotton, red, white and blue striped bottom. It is a perfect weight for fall, or could be winterized with a pair of leggings beneath. The knit collar has a red white and blue accent and three buttons at the neck on the left shoulder.
