Fancy Black Target Limited Edition Dress. Says 18 but really 12 in true size.

Nice fancy black dress from Target. It’s marked 18 but in reality more like a 12. I never actually wore this dress because it was always to small being a size 14 myself. I live in reality and I will never be a size 12. Dress is in great condition but not perfect. Comes from a nonsmoking home with no pets. I hope you are a true 12 and can use it. It reminds me of some of my favorite women’s personal style and most likely why I brought it hoping I could fit in it someday. I’m giving up. Hope you will enjoy wearing it to a fancy outing!
