Fancy blue cocktail dress

Bought this dress to wear to a wedding and it's a beaut. Very simple and sexy. I am a 34B bra size but I would recommend someone with a bit bigger of a bust buy it as I think it would look more flattering. Made of a flowey chiffon material with stretch in the back.
